It upsets your sense of balance, like a disturbance of the inner ear, but still manages to become enthralling. It must be said, however, that a big part of the songs’ visceral appeal consists of the humongous, booming drum beats, which occasionally spasm like heavy-caliber automatic weaponry (but faster), and the striking face-slap of the snare.

Although the production seems to be quite similar as in the previous records in this demo he explores the dissonances and minor chords which represent the major change. As a result the melody, on softer passages, becomes quite melancholic sometimes.
I also have the sensation this record dwells a bit further into noise and other gut twisting effects becoming much chaotic than the previous records.
The vocals still are as feral as they can get and guitar does also an incredible job, hypnotic sometimes and others leave a disgusting aftertaste of rotten flesh.
It might be less appealing but still a great demo portraying a filthy and decrepit side of this artist.”

US Black Metal. A one man, Keeper of the Glyph (Artemis Orland), band. Some extremely catchy moments & unforgetable melodies here. I would like to call it polished raw BM because the vocals are quite raw & very haunting but the overall feel is more rounded than usual raw BM... :) Great album! Thanks Glyph!
